Katie Barber

Katie Barber joined FCLTGlobal in 2022 following six years at the Institutional Limited Partners Association where she was responsible for membership. In this role, Katie was accountable for establishing the organization’s member strategy and defining tools and tactics to increase engagement.

Prior to ILPA, Katie worked at Monitor Deloitte covering opportunities related to strategy, business process design and re-design, and enterprise risk and governance for clients in financial services and mining.

Katie has an MBA from Dalhousie University and spent part of her graduate study in Cape Town, defining the operating model for a local not-for-profit that offered business development services to local entrepreneurs.
