Boston, MA, 1 January 2026 — FCLTGlobal, a non-profit organization whose mission is to mobilize companies and investors to focus capital on the long term to create lasting value, today announced several changes to its Board of Directors, including the departure of directors Christopher Ailman, David Neal, and Lei Zhang, who concluded their terms at the end of 2025.

FCLTGlobal was founded in 2016 to develop actionable research and tools used to drive long-term value creation for savers and communities. Its members contribute to research initiatives and programs that promote long-term strategies for companies and investors worldwide.

Ailman, Neal, and Zhang have each contributed significantly to FCLTGlobal’s evolution and its focus on driving long-term value across global capital markets. Christopher Ailman concludes his Board service after completing one term (2024 – 2025); he served as Chair of the External Relations Committee, helping guide outreach and partnership strategy. David Neal completes his third and final term on the Board (2020 – 2025). Neal has been an active leader across multiple committees, including as Chair of the former Membership Committee, where he played an important role in expanding global engagement. Lei Zhang, who helped to expand awareness of FCLT in Asia, particularly Japan, also concludes his third and final term on the Board (2020 – 2025).

Ailman, Neal, and Zhang will transition into new roles as Strategic Advisors, effective 1 January 2026.
