Sara Noonan Simonds manages FCLTGlobal’s external facing engagements with the goal of engaging key constituencies to drive long-term value creation. Sara joined FCLTGlobal with twenty years of strategic planning and program management experience in the private and non-profit sectors and a passion for mission-driven organizations. Most recently, Sara worked with the United Nations Capital Development Fund, supporting poverty alleviation through financial inclusion, and the Harvard Business School, researching digital transitions in the financial services sector. Sara’s early career focused on institutional fixed income sales and trading, at Merrill Lynch and Visible Markets. She also spent seven years at New Balance Athletic Shoe, responsible for product management, financial analysis, and business planning, and five years as a strategic consultant.
Sara is the co-founder of Inspired Nation, a non-profit that supports youth vocal artists and raises money and awareness for youth-oriented charities, and a former board member of Coaches Across Continents, an internationally recognized leader in sport for social impact in developing countries. Sara is a graduate of Harvard College and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
