Kersten Lanes

Kersten Lanes joined FCLTGlobal in 2018 as Chief Operating Officer, following more than 25 years of experience in strategic consulting, global client relationship management, and non-profit leadership.

Kersten spent the bulk of her career as a Principal with PwC where her roles included developing strategy for financial institutions, global merger and acquisition strategy and execution, and launching new initiatives for the firm. She co-led PwC’s strategy practice and was a Global Engagement Partner for Fortune 500 clients. Kersten worked in PwC’s global Chairman’s Office with responsibility for Advisory and Tax strategy, firm-wide innovation, and technology transformation projects.

Following her career at PwC Kersten pursued non-profit management opportunities at Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children as Chief Administrative Officer, with responsibility for Finance, HR and IT. While at MSPCC she led the strategic initiative that resulted in a merger to dramatically increase the agency’s size and scope, preparing the organization to navigate a changing healthcare landscape.

Kersten holds a BA degree in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is a Trustee of the Rutland Corner Foundation, which supports programs for at-risk girls, and Board Chair of The Open Door, an organization aimed at alleviating the impact of hunger.
